Sven Ringling, Dipl.-Kaufm, MBA, MCMI

Driven by challenge and the creation of customer value, Sven will bring entrepreneurial creativity and sound analytical skills to your project.
During the last few years Sven worked with various organisations across industries on projects around HR information systems (HRIS), HR sourcing decisions, shared services, cultural change and innovation.
His books and articles published in German, English and Chinese cover HR information systems, innovation culture, Talent management, and the design of people management processes. Sven started his career in 1996 as a consultant for SAP HR information systems at IDS Scheer in Germany. He achieved "Manager“ level after 4 years and then left to start up iProCon GmbH in Hanover, Germany, as a consultancy for HR information systems and process redesign. He successfully grew the business over 8 years developing a sound client base including organisations like Aareal Bank, B.Braun, Deutsche Telekom and ThyssenKrupp Steel. He was personally involved in projects across 7 countries.
Vivion Cox, BSc (Hons), MBA, MCMI

With experience of delivering large scale change to the financial services sector, Vivion brings strategic insight and change know-how to your project.
Over the past ten years Vivion has worked within some of the worlds largest financial organisations to deliver significant change programmes that have spanned multiple geographical locations. Through this experience he has become adept at designing teams to deliver change and preparing organisations to embed the change.
Vivion has successfully delivered projects that have reviewed the core capabilities of an organisation and referenced these against the organisations strategic objectives to design optimum organisational models which he then delivered through internal capability raising initiatives or strategic outsourcing programmes. He has also designed and implemented numerous organisational re-design and stream-lining projects.
Vivion started his career in 1998 as an internal management consultant for a large retail bank before going on to be part of business solutions and corporate strategy teams for the likes of Abbey, AIG and RSA. He has personally been involved in many international projects across multiple countries and different continents.
Kieren Beltrame, MEng, MBA, PMP

With a focus on results Kieren brings to your business the vision and organisational capabilities needed to deliver challenging projects.
Over the past few years Kieren’s focus has been on the delivery of transformation and change programmes and the optimisation, design and implementation of large-scale information technology portfolios. Working with global brands, he has designed and delivered programmes touching all aspects of transformation, strategy and technology.
A PMI certified project manager, Kieren has supplied change and technology projects and operational strategies across Australasia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. He has defined and provided corporate strategy, cost reduction programmes and operational management in the IT, Industrial and Telecoms markets.
Kieren commenced his career as a consulting engineer and then programme manager, working on a variety of industrial and high-tech projects. He also spent two years working in South Africa as Integration Manager for a multi-national technology firm, following their acquisition of a former distributor.

Christian Lübke,Diplom-Informatiker

Christian brings a deep and broad understanding of technology and IT-architecture to your project. He started working as a SAP HCM consultant in 1994 at IDS Scheer AG, where he became Senior Manager and Head of the SAP HCM Practice. He has been an Executive Director of iProCon GmbH in Germany since 2000.
Christian covers the whole field of SAP HCM and is quick in finding out-of-the-box effective and efficient solutions for clients by leveraging the right technologies and applying sound logical analysis. His latest projects have covered topics as diverse as e-recruiting, payroll, HR-metrics, ESS&MSS, and pension schemes for international organisations.

Jörg Edinger,Diplom-Betriebswirt

Jörg possesses an exceptional energy to follow through and finalise tasks. After having worked in the German social security system as support staff, branch manager and regional head of analytics he joined iProCon GmbH as a SAP HCM consultant in 2002 and became an Executive Director in 2009.
Jörg has a profound knowledge of everything related to payroll, analytics and planning and is very quick to understand new technology. His latest project comprised personnel cost planning in various industries including international organisations, headcount planning, payroll and benefits, HR-metrics, and performance management.

Anja Junold,Diplom-Kauffrau

Anja makes your SAP HCM project a success by always having a close eye on the business process and not missing any detail. She joined iProCon GmbH as a SAP HCM consultant in 2002 and is now Senior Consultant and head of marketing and the development of SAP HCM add-on products.
Anja combines profound knowledge of SAP HCM with the use of BPR tools such as ARIS. Her recent projects involved SAP HCM travel management, web applications, orgmanagement and HR authorisations. She is now managing the development and deployment of add-on products for SAP HCM to help clients to achieve high efficiency gains with relatively small investments.
