All of our engagements – whether a one day workshop or longer onsite project – encompass the four phases of our U-AIM™ delivery model:
- Understand: We seek to understand the opportunities and problems faced by your business. We explore and validate internal data (both objective and “personal” – the way people feel about particular issues) against the context of the environment in which you operate, resulting in clear definition of the core issues.
- Align: We collaborate with you to identify ways to improve alignment between your business strategy and human capital. Where necessary we will challenge the foundations of your business strategy.
- Implement: We help to implement the set of actions defined with you that address both the key business issues and those of alignment. We recognise that people and not tools, charts or jargon will increase your organisation’s competitive advantage. We will remain as involved as you need us to be to ensure your strategy is delivered, but believe in building your internal capabilities to reduce your reliance on us as we progress.
- Measure: We set measures to drive the behaviours and outcomes your business requires. We ensure that every engagement defines a clear set of measures that are important to your business, and that can be used to drive improved performance.
