 Managing International IT Projects (2 days)

Keeping executives and senior management satisfied whilst delivering projects on time and on budget is difficult enough when the project team all sit in the same office and share the same language and culture. When they are spread out across different countries or involve teams in different companies (such as during mergers and acquisitions) traditional project management methodologies simply do not work.

This two-day workshop provides teams with the tools, language and confidence they need to deliver international projects with the same rate of success as you expect of traditional projects, by demonstrating proven PM techniques, applying them to case studies and reviewing lessons learned from your past experience.

 HR Shareholder Value Map (1-2 days)

HR directors, HR managers and HR business partners are often asked to explain their role in driving shareholder value. Particularly business partners often struggle to be accepted as a contributor to business success by their line management counterparts in the business unit. This workshop helps HR experts
  • to understand the concept and components of shareholder value
  • to understand HR's current contribution to shareholder value and discuss it with line managers, the Finance Director or the executive board
  • to develop approaches to increase HR's contribution to shareholder value through a redesigned HCM or new HCM initiatives.
This workshop can be adopted to consider other stakeholders rather than shareholders in order to deliver value for public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
It can also be run as a series of workshops as an HR transformation initiative involving HR managers and HR business partners across subsidiaries of a global  organisation.

Human Capital Alignment (2 days)

Take stock of your Human Capital and people strategy and how it supports your current business strategy. Develop a high level action plan for further analysis and alignment of your Human Capital and strategic goals.

Is Your Organisational Culture an Asset? (2 days)

Day one is dedicated to a high level analysis of your organisational culture using some well established frameworks. Day two looks at how your business strategy makes use of your culture as an asset or is limited by it. The workshop concludes with an action plan.

This workshop can be complemented by a series of one-to-one interviews with members of staff to geain better insight into your current culture than an open workshop can give you.

Rightsourcing: Retaining your Core Competence (1 day)

Starting from your business strategy and existing Human Capital we develop with you your sourcing principles to be applied for questions of outsourcing, insourcing and use of core staff versus temporary and agency staff. The workshop concludes with an action plan allowing you to review your sourcing decisions and attacking those questions more consistently in the future.

What is Human Capital Excellence? (1 day)

This is a high level workshop, which takes you through the top elements of the iProCon Human Capital Capability Excellence Model (HCCEM). It aims at identifying your areas of focus derived from business strategy and indicates at a high level where further analysis and action would be beneficial.

Change Programme Scoping Workshop (1 - 2 days)

We assist you in setting the scene for major change programmes. This workshop analyses a planned change initiative to assess it against your existing resources and capabilities. The outcome is a high level action plan for the detailed design phase and change schedule.
